And I was disapointed with what the mods wrote in response. Let me put it this way: I have NEVER seen a moderator who was old and experienced enough who fell into the mentioned category. However those who did were always very young. In their twenties. So, I am convinced that people who cant even read properly or are arrogant in their replies are unable to make independent and fair judgements. Also those in their early thirties fell in that category. So, this time, as before the three mods have the necessary experience. No offense meant against anyone. But you wrote as if age meant nothing at all. However I agree that also young ones may have the right motivation. No doubt about it. But experience is more important, believe me. Rolf
