Only the part with the ISP should be your problem and problems which occur with the board software. I have no doubt that you are spending so much time to justify the expanses you described, but I think one can organize it smarter and cheaper. I for myself - and I think I'm speaking for many - would rather contribute with some maintenance work than pay money (which is partly due to my current living conditions). I know other boards which the same amount of users/posts which are managed far cheaper. I agree with you that there should be at least one person which gets paid for his job to guarantee continuity, but I think you can get rid of many micromanaging task, like organizing nominations/elections, lost passwords, complaints from users... You should only respond to calls from moderators for help and not read all complaints in teh board on a daily basis. regards Joachim
