Customers are relevant and customers should get a book that they can use. The main problem is that .ctg book was not mentioned in the advertisement. If you start by promising a book that only users of chessbase gui can use then there is no problem with releasing .ctg book but releasing .ctg book after you promised only a book in the advertisement without mentioning that the buyers will need to buy chessbase gui is simply cheating the customers. .Ctg format also has it advantages over >an engine book. >1.
