Many commercial interests with media control, many shady men in suits with 'dealing' in mind, some self-opinionated people running magazines with commercial interests and so on. Its all very petty, and very small minded, but they are on a consistent thread to promote their own coterie of interests and trash the others. Mostly it gets done with whispering campaigns, often by just plain distorted and prejudiced reviews, by spreading false rumours and so on. The more unintelligent the person the worse their behaviour it seems to me. No doubt you're all aware who is being referred to above. A certain Dutch person is probably worst of all, but it extends its fingers almost everywhere. But now we have the net :) Chris Whittington >bruce
