I cannot speak for bruce but my guess is that if you pay bruce 1,000,000$ then he is going to give ferret to you. Maybe bruce wait for the right person who will offer him 1,000,000$. There are some people in the world who have more than 1,000,000,000$ and it is possible that one of them is going to pay. I do not think that it is going to happen but it is possible that bruce prefers not to do ferret public for the small chance that it is going to happen. Bruce can have also other reasons not to sell his program and not to give it and I have no problem with his decision. Uri
