Really. >So to get a real impression of the strength, play it in a match. >I have good reasons to believe that tactically you will get your >ass kicked. Wow, wait a minute, I can tell you, in Blitz games, the normal Crafty kicks Tao's butt on 2x faster hardware. For FriarTuck this seems much less the case. Tao won a couple and FriarTuck won a couple. Wait, I'll look it up. Time control 5/2 Games 4 Tao Celeron 466 FriarTuck Athlon 1000 Outcome: 2-2 It seems (despite the 2x slower hardware) Tao is tactically better and FriarTuck is better in the endgame. Crafty's dam outside passers. However that's an eval thing, not a search thing. I suggest we play a couple 30/0 games tonight, to verify Tao is better tactically :-) Also at longer tc's I feel less handicapped by the HW. Deal? Maybe we can have a conversation about what you did in the meantime, I am interested. Best regards, Bas.
