We do not talk about the same things, your data say computer made +2600 TPR
in tourney that is right nobody can say it is not true since you have games and
result stored BUT That is true too that in some position computer play
at 1600 level ( I don't know where you have find this 2100 number).
2100 player never play some bad moves some progs play but he will never got
2600 TPR too.
The reality is simple in fact : Computer made TPR over 2500 or 2600 but
they do not play like a GM.
A Gm once told me talking about computer : they do not play the same game than
me :-))
Another thing is true :
If you take some players rated about 2200 but who kow computer very well
and put them in a tourney with a computer the prog will not make a TPR even
over 2200.But this same computer can tear in pieces some Gm's the same day :-)
Computer play very different chess than humans they are full of holes but they
NEVER really blunder. Some +2600 players blunder piece away very often in time
trouble.
