Ferret is a known program and you cannot download it.
There is no CD for Ferret and it is not commercial program

You can send an email to bruce moreland and tell him how much money
you agree to pay for ferret.

It is clear that 100$ is not enough for you to get it(otherwise
it could be commercial) but I guess that
10,000,000$ is more than enough so it is only
a question of money and only bruce can tell you the price.

There is no public price for Ferret and bruce does not need to make
the minimal price public.

He may lose from doing the minimal price public.
For example if the minimal price is 1,000,000$ and somebody suggests
2,000,000$ then it means that he is going to lose 1,000,000$.

I guess that nobody is going to ask bruce to buy Ferret
for these prices but I may be wrong and one person
who is very rich may be enough to prove that my guess is wrong.
