The reason that f3 is better is this.I think my earlier posting initiated this Controversy.First of all try to run Fritz (Fritz is much better than Diep) and set up the position that occurs in the Fritz main line after ply 10.In this new position (Fritz Assigns a higher Negative score) then if one runs the program feeds f3 and then analyses with Fritz the position in the main line after ply 10.This obviously due to the Horizon Effect.
