According to search, only the last 11 games are standard. The 11th was a draw,
here are the other ten summarized, which does show +7 - 2 =1.

   0 2551 crafty 2437 Kingway 1-0 [ sr 20 10] B13 Res 03-Aug-98
   1 2449 Kingway 2537 crafty 0-1 [ sr 20 10] D31 Res 02-Aug-98
   2 2535 crafty 2462 Kingway = [ sr 20 10] B23 NM 01-Aug-98
   3 2458 Kingway 2539 crafty 1-0 [ sr 20 10] B40 Res 01-Aug-98
   4 2560 crafty 2437 Kingway 1-0 [ sr 20 10] C15 Res 01-Aug-98
   5 2569 crafty 2473 Kingway 1-0 [ sr 20 10] C01 Fla 26-Jul-98
   6 2486 Kingway 2593 crafty 0-1 [ sr 20 10] C48 Res 23-Jul-98
   7 2508 Kingway 2559 crafty 1-0 [ sr 20 5] B40 Res 19-Jul-98
   8 2551 crafty 2485 Kingway 1-0 [ sr 15 15] A44 Res 06-Jul-98
   9 2526 crafty 2499 Kingway 0-1 [ sr 15 15] C05 Res 05-Jul-98

Here are the last ten, so if you got something different than that, either ICC
made a mistake with the time control tag (unlikely but not completely
impossible) or Bob messed up with his script (more likely).

Kingway is a good opponent, he is willing to put some time into the games.
