I disagree.
The problem is a bug in the Fritz7 software. It needs to be fixed.
The problem is not with the W95/98/98se/Me op systems. Software needs to take
the nature of those op systems into account, and provide for them. They cannot
be disregarded.
The solution is NOT to change the op system, but to have the lazy Fritz7
programmers fix their bug!
