I do not think that your wishes can/will ever be fulfilled. If you have the
choice between

1.) getting an new program

or

2.) waiting for SSDF-Test-Results

most people would prefer the first case. And

a)
since at SSDF they are testing at 120'/40 [many thanks for this great work] but
95% of all users are (only) playing blitz games

b)
as the new programs are always stronger than their predecessors

I see indeed no reason to wait for having SSDF-results before releasing a new
program.
