This rating is based on learning.
You need to copy the book to the harddisk in order to enable learning and if you
use the powerbook you need a space of more than 500Mbytes

If you disable learning(because you have not enough space) the powerbook can be
counterproductive(see mclane's tournament) and it is better not to use the
powerbook.

You should give fritz5 many games to learn(you can take games from ssdf list and
enrique's tournament),  otherwise the powerbook will not be productive.
