You can try opening up the board yourself and see if the cable has a lose connection. There isn't much to the board and assembly. However, if that doesn't work. You may have to send it back to Germany. They can fix it and upgrade it if you want.(if there is one) Have yo tried taking the module out and putting it back in? I'm sure you have! Don't be affaid to open these things up, just be sure you are static free and put everything back as you found it, in the right position!. Earl
