But when you write that in the ink-cartridge is 20 ml ink, and you deliver it with 10 ml, and somebody finds out, and it is written on the box ! and also in advertisments, you can law suit the company. it's not allowed to promise something, and NOT to fullfill the promise. End of story. end of story. yes. for you every mistake chessbase is doing is ONE sentence and END OF STORY. for others betrayals are not justified in ONE sentence. let all customers send back the CD and we will see what happens.
