This is rubbish, Thorsten.

According German law Terry has the right to return the Junior 8 CD because it
did not include the promised Kasparov engine. He should get his money back. If
he wants to, he may buy Deep Junior 8. If not, he may keep on using some other
engine and spend his money on other things. End of story.
