Not true. It heavily depends upon what type of product you sell. For example if
you sell the product bread and it has on the package "no gelatin/gluten in this
product". Then suddenly people die in hospital a few months later becuase it did
have just as much gelatin/gluten inside it as normal bread, then you can get in
prison.

In this case it's about software product. So things are not so clear here. Who
cares btw for a 'kasparov' engine.

It is common knowledge that the sold junior engines are NOT producing the same
level of play it produces in the world champs computerchess. In short the
commercial juniors are IMHO a lot weaker than the stuff the play with in
worldchamps (if you do not believe that they were just plain lucky to win 3
world titles computerchess that is).

Because this has been showed with all the junior versions so far (none of the
versions could reproduce the games that it played in world champs before it,
that includes some strong moves) i assume that this is a willingly taken
decision.

So in that respect i'm a bit surprised if he suddenly complains about junior8
instead of junior6, junior7 etc.
