First: Read again some lines above where I marked the important lines a bit. If
you still don't understand it I can mark the keywords.

Second: It is easy to criticize but hard to do it better. Why don't you jump on
that train and do it yourself? Get yourself 2x AMD1200 and play CM 9000 original
(!!) with 40/120+20/60 vs. Fritz 8, Hiarcs 9, Junior 8, Shredder 7.04, each
match over 40 games.
Feel free to send the games to SSDF then so that they can include those
authentic games to their rating list and database.
