Byomi is a mode designed for Go players. As a chessplayer, I have never used it. Have you? I rather thought the poster nedded to know if he could do this after purchase, in order to decide on a purchase. It is not clear to me that any one here should act as a substitute for the well-documented manual which arrives with the current Chronos2 clock. The most interesting feature of the clock is a random number generator for seting initial positions in Chess960 (Fischer Random) because of know no other clock with this.
