No, it wasn't that :) I was on the phone with my attorney for another reason
(writing a contract for another project) and I read him Dr. Hyatt's post.

I have never hear my attorney scream before (he said "WHAAAAAAAT!!!")

I respect Dr. Hyatt tremendously, more than he knows, but I just wish those that
are not attorneys would stop making posts that are described as "legal suicide".

The game is protected under a patent, no matter how it is represented.

I am going to have to raise the licensing fee if I waste any more time on this
constant typing back and forth.
