For me personally I don't think my game can improve at such extreme blitz, I might make more moves but the quality of those moves to be honest is pretty poor. I have also found a tendency to eliminate thinking at regular time controls as your mind is saying move, move and it is tough to get back down to analysis that don't take place when blitzing. I can't see how playing blitz games can improve your actual playing strength. Dan Kiski
