Try to click the link in the left side of the box. If you had a prior version of Fritz installed you may need to uninstall it and then delete or rename all related .ini files which remain as artifacts. Also turn off your firewall and anti-virus software while installing. Also note that Fritz 8 may not work correctly with older versions of DirectX. WP
