Don't you agree? No, because it's only half of the truth. And it's only the case for Winboard- engines running in Fritz. Hiarcs 6 is not a Winboard engine, but it's a real Fritz engine. By the way, as the programmer of a Winboard engine I can assure you, that Fritz doesn't send the command "clear hash tables", although what it really does may have the same effect for many engines.
