Kasparov and Kramnik are obvious choices, but that's pretty easy as they are two of the top players in the world period. I think that there are others who really know there way even though they are less known as world class players. Volkov I believe plays slow TC games against top computers on ICC on a regular basis I believe, and does very well. He'd be on the list. I saw Dreev play a game against a very fast Shredder 7 or 8 and showed he understood anti-comp strategy very well as the game was closed, extremely controlled, etc. There are others, and this is just a sampling.
