Hi ! In the meantime i've done this kind of test once more, now with a complete empty folder /personal. The wb2uci.eng always was: ... [OPTIONS] Program = prodeo.exe HashCommand=w%i rebel.eng HashOnCommandline=true HashFormula=0|3|1;4|11|2;12|23|3;24|39|4;40|59|5;60|99|6;100|199|7;200|399|8;400|0|9 Hash=6 ... This time only with 40moves/2min + 40moves/2min + ... and only with the C68 opening position. PD (without eng file) vs Shredder8 1.0-1.0 PD (without eng file) vs Fritz 8 1.5-0.5 PD (without eng file) vs Junior 8 1.0-1.0 PD (with default eng file Sept, 04) vs Shredder 8 0.0-2.0 vs Fritz 8 0.5-1.5 vs Junior 8 0.0-2.0 Please note: this should (and could) NOT be a rating of strenght ! btw: The "none parameter" ProDeo shows a lot more knotes/sec. as the default one - around twice as much. Strange, isn't it ?! Or perhabs not strange because there are no paras like: [Chess Knowledge] and so on... ?! Best G.S.
