Will, hello.

I went through some of the games you attached as pgn's.  I am not quite sure
that this account is a computer.  Look at the following game. On move 12 (so, no
time trouble), White could have easily captured the e6 pawn, and BC missed that
(I'd like to see a comp passing up on that).  However, BC does seem to play way
beyond his rating and in other games I witnessed some mighty tactics.  Just like
Bruce Moreland, I checked the ICC account and the only BillClinton there is a
comp account, inactive though, with a couple of funny finger notes. So, how come
there is yet another BillClinton?  A question for the ICC administration, I
guess.
