What and how is not clear yet at all. There are different stories.

You need some type of cache in order to be able to execute code.

Just L1 cache if it's big enough, say 128KB would already be very helpful for
chess.

If they use some kind of ancient Cray type architecture, they better stop the
project right now from my viewpoint.
