A special opening book could be prepared for a particular GM. For instance, it would not be difficult to put in every move that a certain GM has played and analyze the heck out of it. Then, for that GM's favorite moves, you have a lot of advanced preparation. So the computer would have an advantage. But if the GM has the same opportunity to explore the weaknesses of the program, then I think that is more fair.
