Well, Pallav, what it is? Cheap? Tasteless? What? And what "cheap" means? Which is an expensive joke? In a sense any and every joke is cheap: it has no substance, not purpose, nothing. It is just a "plaisainterie". Void words. Now let us see what happens to you. Clearly you did not like it and considered it unapropiate, that's clear, but perhaps you are missing something: Adams does not come here, he cannot be hurt, my joke is then better defined as a non-entity, not a cheap shot but a shot in the air. If Adams was a member here you can bet I would not do any joke about his defeat, cheap or expensive, good or bad. Now the interesting thing to examine is why you bother so much about this. Usuallly when you does not like a joke you just shrink your shoulders. You did not. Do you identify with his luck? Something in his mishaps strike in your some chords? I am interested. Fdo
