hi peter,
i am not so familiar with the GPL. i did not know, that i must publish an open
source programm via download. i thought it is also possible via mail. and
everybody who asked me about a beta version i send it to them (incl. source and
GPL). i thought that was GPL compliant.
of course i have no problem with the distribution of beta versions. toga based
on fruit is no secret.
i first ask alex schmidt if he is willing to host also beta versions. if so, i
send the beta versions to him and everything should be ok.
if he only wants to distribute final versions, which i could understand, than it
would be gereat if there is an volunteer who wants to host beta versions. Dann,
if you read this. would you be so kind to host the betas?

my english is not so good. i do not understand what you mean with this sentence:
"with all the options from Fruit restituted etc". what should i do exactly to
satisfy fabien?
thanks for your help peter.

kind regards thomas
