Well unless you can suggest a sane reason for Fischer, well known to be
Jewish himself, to rant on and on about the Jews, I think it is safe to assume
he is mentally ill, apparently seriously so. As such he seems more to be pitied
than anything else especially since his illness renders him vulnerable to abuse
because it prevents him from effectively defending himself. In another post you
suggest he hire lawyers to protect his rights. However it seems apparent to me
that because of his illness he is incapable of doing this.
