I will play along in this side-show that we are having :)

GCP called people hypocrites after people were mentioning about the inability to
run matches against fritz and junior and the like - which was mentioned as a big
drawback.
If you analyze this , isnt it not hypocrisy ? The same engines , fritz and
junior do not support UCI ! and run only in chessbase GUI !! (the diep3d gui
support UCI - so any potential UCI match which is required can be done within
the diep3d gui).
So expecting everyone else to comply "just 'cos they happened to be there first"
is hypocrisy - if you put it without mincing words.
I would have called it something milder to not offend the "ready to be offended
at the drop of a hat" section of people here : apparently GCP likes to call a
spade a spade when he sees it and is very frank about it :)

By the way , Anthony confirmed the rumours after they broke out - he did not
come out and disclose that UCI will not be supported.

Even in this side show that we are having - you just pick on a single point : so
I take it that you agree with the others ? :)

Good day to you Rolf,
Regards,
Mridul
