The product is not out yet in America and Canada to my knowledge ans therefore I am either saving their bacon by informing them before release or saving you money. Either way I would like a solution and since one is not forthcoming from them, I ask it here. In total there are 4 threads that I know of in here about the Fritz 9 GUI bugs. All are different, some deal with the playchess server and others with non functional or suspicious (UCI) parts of the interface. Is this going to be one of your "invented" emails or can you back up the complaint with real proof this time. You say complaint, I say who? No name = No complaint = No email = Something else, maybe you. If you cannot supply the info I am sure one of the other moderators can. You all get the same complaints in all your inboxes after all...... ;) Christopher
