Subject: CCT8 rules question

I have been studying the CCT rules, but cannot find the
answer to the following question:  Is it allowed to change
operators and hardware during the tournament?

I won't be able to be there all the time, but I will almost
certainly be watching during the first three or four rounds
of Saturday.  Because my Intel Core Duo 2 GHz is apparently
slightly faster than Ryan's Athlon X2 3800+, I would prefer to
operate myself when I can.  Do the rules allow this?
