The top 10-12 progams in the WCCC tournament are probably within 30 rating
points of each other.  So the chances of winning any single game run about
45%-55%.  Even programs 100 points below the top have a 36% chance of winning
any given game.  So what will it take to be the Champion.  Lots of Luck!
