Subject: Low RAM

I am having a terrible time just scraping together enough RAM to run my program.
Even after I close down _every_ program except Systray and Explorer, the program
"Speicher" says I only have about 11MB free RAM. This is really wierd, since my
computer has 32. Any idea where my missing MBs might have gone? Anything I can
do to get them back?!

Also, when my brother installed ICQ and AOL Instant Messenger, every time we
start our computer the programs start automatically. Can someone give me general
tips on how to prevent certain programs from starting when the computer starts?
I would appreciate it.
