Finally I can help you:) (If you have win95/98) Go into start:settings:taskbar,
click on "start menu programs" "advanced" "+" next to programs, scroll down and
click on "startup folder", drag and move programs to desktop or another folder.
Then whenever you want to start AOL or ICQ, just click on them. This may not be
the best but works for me.
