A great suggestion, Jari. Very realistic. Hope it works. It would be nice if we could vote for chapters (topics) to be included. Maybe a GNU type copyright agreement or something can be used. This way a "draft" book could be finished in no time. And afterwards quality and completeness could gradually be improved... Regards, Bas Hamstra.
