I think Amir will probably have a lot more trouble than he expects.  Many years
ago the USCF finally relaxed the computer membership rules.  And we all expected
big things.  But while they relaxed the rules, they let the organizers add (NC)
to an event if they didn't want to deal with computers.  99.99% of all USCF
events are now (NC).  So they made the rules more liberal, but then slammed the
door in our faces when we arrived...
