Yes and along with: "In my opinion Chinito is so much different from Crafty that it can no longer considered as being a clone", i don't really think the man who wrote this, has regretted and accepted the whole cloning matter. One thing is true: If you begin with Crafty(or any other open source engine) and make an engine which is 3000 ELO points, your engine will be a clone. A successful one but still a clone. It doesn't matter if it's stronger or weaker it will always be a clone. But this is not bad. Bad is that if inside readme file you don't mention that your engine is not coming from another engine.
