Subject: Help on how to implement move ordering with a Static Exchange Evaluator

I’m trying to implement move ordering using SEE (Static Exchange Evaluator).

I know almost nothing about this technique and I don’t know where to start.

The research I made I have found references about SOMA or super-SOMA algorithms
to implementing static exchange evaluation in chess and shogi. But none of the
references describes the algorithm.

Can anyone give me some hints about this technique? There are other ways to
implement a SEE in a chess engine?
