Yes, this is very true. But I don't think you can expect perfection in a first
attempt at a windows interface.

While we're on the subject, what constitutes a minimum set of features for
rebel?

Engine param modification including ELO handicapping
Opening book editor, and formation of books from game collection
Basic database facilities
Good 2-D set
Support for variations
Automated EPD and game analysis
PGN and EPD import/export

Any thoughts?
