there is a small glitch...  the IInitializeTb() function is returning 5, even
when there are 6 piece files handy.  This would normally be innocent enough,
but I use this number to tell me when to start probing... as a result, I never
probe 6 piece files...  I have sent this to Eugene.  I have been busy on a
SPEC problem and didn't have time to try to figure out how to make his code
return 6 with the kqqkqq files are present...

couple of megs more memory for the decompression indices...

Anyone could do this...  But it is an investment in time to burn the things
and distribute them...
