I think that what Bosboom did was not well done because he could have spared Frans Morsch the anguish by simply refusing to play Fritz beforehand. This way, by playing a couple of moves, he did adhere to the rules and stood by the book, but was actually not completely above-board. Had I been in his shoes I would have stated in advance my feelings about playing Fritz. *** Djordje
