The use of profanity in titles and bodies of post isn't prohibited by the
charter, and as such it is up to the moderators to decide what to do about that
stuff.

There is a greater chance that nothing will be done about something if nobody
complains.  You aren't saying in your post that you complained.  Perhaps if you
had complained, something would have happened.

I think that people should be responsible for their own language unless CCC
becomes a cess pit.  I don't think that the use of that one word, especially
given who said it, takes us into cess pit territory.  Thorsten is an
intellectual Tasmanian Devil, and if you deal with him you should consider
yourself lucky if you don't get hit by little bits of metaphorical chewed up
rodent.

I wish he hadn't done that, but oh well.  There is no stopping him.
