Funny, though, how the program that you download or the one off the CD will
never reproduce that move.  Looking at the list of entrants, I trust the
character of all those that I know (most of them) to know that they are not
going to cheat.

Don't personally believe it.  If someone is in such great fear of losing to
cheaters that they won't enter this contest, then I feel sorry for them.  Not
that it is impossible to cheat.  Just that I think it is absurd to cheat and it
would incredibly easy to catch cheaters.  The risk of cheating is enormous, and
the benefit is miniscule.

This tournament has had publicity for months.  Everyone knows when it will start
and has known this for quite a while.
