At 30 seconds, you solve 148. Your machine is about 3 times as fast as the one I am using. So your results are about the same as crafty's: 149 at 2 min is the closest measure to your score. You seem to solve some faster initially. If you have a weekend of machine time, I would be interested to know how your program does given 15 minutes per position. The result of Gothmog is very impressive to me.
