Do not underestimate 1$
If 1000000 programmers pay you 1$ then you can earn a lot of money.

I do not think that you have the right to forbid people to have programs that
play positions that can be derived from kapablanca chess without a license only
because they can be derived also from gothic chess.

It is a question of justice.
I do not plan to write program for kapablanca chess(at least not in the near
future) but I hope that somebody that originally did not plan to write a program
for kapablanca chess will now do it without a licence only to prove that you are
wrong.
