I believe you mismatch here something... The CSS-ratinglist ist maintained by
Klaus Wlotzka -> who is IMHO a very honest person... and the list created by him
is for sure one of the best and most objectiv rating-lists available. Of course
concerned to the time control he is using, but it definitely allows speculations
about longer time controls.
E.g. he was one of the first who head only a very small difference between
Shredder 8 and 7.04... So when he has now a difference of 30 points I believe
that Shredder did a huge step forward.
