Mr das seems to think that anand is a mouse. He obviously has complete ignorance of anands results from the last 2 years where his performance has been outstanding, including his tremendous performance in the world championships where he lost to karpov by a whisker. (He has not agreed to play in kasparov, not because he is scared but because of his contractual obligations to FIDE; and as he rightly pointed out, whether or not this contract is legally binding , he is a man of his wordand therfoere wouldn't like to break the agreement)mr kasparov is no doubt better but he is not the best player in the world. that title belongs to DEEPER BLUE. At least Anand can take defeats on the chin, like a man and without making excuses. kasparov cannot do that, the moment he sees himself squarely beaten,he starts whining and squeaking, about cheating etc. Kasparov IMO is the mouse and not Anand. rajen gupta
